-Once the return request is approved (typically within 2 business days), you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and return address

– If the item is not in good condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
– If possible, please provide a photo or video of the issue when emailing customer service. This would greatly expedite the process.
– Once it is worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, perfecttime.store will not accept the returned item.
In short, perfecttime.store cannot replace or refund an item when:
